Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap—Welcome to Cambodia

Description: Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional tour guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy some free time to relax and refresh after your journey. (Optional activities): Explore the Old Market (Psar Chas) and vibrant Pub Street. Enjoy a traditional Khmer dinner or an Apsara dance performance.

Day 2: Angkor Wat Sunrise & Major Temples

Description: Start your day early with a magical sunrise at Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument and Cambodia’s national symbol. After sunrise, explore the grandeur of the Angkor Archaeological Park.

Visits include Angkor Wat—an architectural masterpiece of the 12th century, featuring intricate carvings and symmetrical towers.

Angkor Thom—The ancient royal city of King Jayavarman VII, entered via a stone gate flanked by giant statues. Bayon Temple—Known for its 54 towers topped with 216 serene, smiling faces. Baphuon and Terrace of the Elephants—Historic platforms once used for royal ceremonies. Ta Prohm—the “Tomb Raider” temple, famous for the trees growing through its stone walls.

Today, explore lesser-visited yet equally stunning sites beyond the main temple complex, and experience rural Cambodia.

Highlights: Banteay Srei—Known as the “Citadel of Women,” this temple is renowned for its delicate pink sandstone carvings, considered the finest of Khmer art. Landmine Museum – Founded by a former child soldier, this small museum tells the story of Cambodia’s landmine legacy. Local village visit—Learn how locals make palm sugar and see traditional Khmer stilt houses. Preah Khan – A sprawling, labyrinthine monastery built by King Jayavarman VII. Neak Pean – A small island temple that was once a healing sanctuary.

Day 4: Floating Villages & Khmer Cooking Class

Khmer Cooking Class—Shop at a local market for ingredients, then prepare a traditional meal with guidance from a local chef.

Day 5: Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (Drive or Flight)
